Sorry if I my explanation is a little confusing. (same as above) Then draw a road from the center point of the city costing 300 minimum so that the circular road will. Then draw a road toward the center of map costing the same (2015 - 2016). (Circle roads layout) Draw dirt road from corner of map costing 2015 - 2016. As they add more area, you will use 50 grid cubes for roads compared to 52 grid cubes for roads that will cover the same amount of your map. Draw slightly longer roads (466 - 486) if you will be using avenues. The horizontal or vertical methods will both work but if they open up another expansion like they did for the last one, the land to the right (opposite side of the grid from the airport), then the best road layout is like I have mine now. If you want the most growth there are really only two ways to run your roads. I set my city up to minimize the amount of land taken up by roads. I have 7 nuke power plants and random windmills in my city with no real place to put any more services. Rule 1: Keep producing items as continuously as possible. Personally, I like to go with a single-row layout of 2×2. Ive been playing BuildIt for quite a while now and have written out some strategies that Ive been employing: 1. I tear down regular skyscrapers and Parisian skyscrapers to build London, Tokyo, and epic buildings and my service needs continue to rise. Pretty much the sole purpose of SimCity BuildIt is to have as many residents as you can, and to do that, you need to find a good and efficient layout for your buildings and squeeze as many residents into small spaces as possible. 6 million does not seem possible because the higher population skyscrapers require more sewer, water, power, etc. I am almost to the 5 million mark which is probably going to be my max until more land opens up. I don't have a layout guide, I do have a city anyone can see. Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app.
